No More CLAT Age Limit Clash after Allahabad High Court Orders

Age Limit for CLAT exam has been ended now. Previously aspirants with age more than 20 were not eligible to apply for CLAT test. But now after order given by Allahabad High Court, there won't be any maximum or minimum age limit to appear for this common law admission test.



Now students with age of more than 20 Years can also apply for this admission test and this decision has brought hope in many eyes and happiness too. Last date to apply for CLAT 2015 is 31st March. Thousands of students are benefited from this decision of court.

All affiliated universities which conducts or takes part in Common Law Admission Test have been notified by the high court regarding the same decision. Now universities are bound to accept applications from even those students whose age is more than 20 years.

Around 21 persons had filled a petition for this issue and after hearing the both sides, court came up with this wise decision. According to court, universities don't have such right to set the maximum age for admission test.

CLAT 2015 will take place on 10th May, 2015 on national level. This year opportunity to conduct CLAT exam has been given to डॉ राम मनोहर लोहिया राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय i.e Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (UP) ( RMLNLU ). Best wishes to LAW courses admission seekers.
